***Sometimes you may have to bring your X-rays and copies of your medical records
***Call before you leave , to make sure that the doctor has not been called in for an emergency or delayed in surgery .
***Please fill out the forms that were sent to you . That will help us a lot and shorten the paperwork and delays and waiting at your appointment time.
***Workman compensation cases need approval from insurance company before doctor can see the patient .
